With 97,190 SF and flexible redundant electrical and mechanical infrastructure, this carrier neutral data center is capable of up to 24 MW’s of critical IT capacity. Booming data centre location


The Niagara Falls region has more then 80,000 miles of fiber optic lines laid and managed by private companies, making it the fifth best-equipped precinct in the world. Scalable, secure, reliable dark fiber is available to carrier and enterprise customers, including through the CROSSLAKE connection. The network also offers ultra-low latency fibre connectivity between Toronto and the US northeast and London and Paris, and ULL Connectivity between major US and Canadian exchanges. 100Gbps, 10Gbps and 1Gbps capacity services are available with dedicated bandwidth guaranteeing point-to-point throughput.
